Plastic parts and assembly
Plastic Parts Production & Assembly
For plastic components and subassemblies requiring DFM, material and CMF alignment, injection-molding coordination, sample follow-up, and defined assembly support.

- A plastic component or subassembly requires China-side production coordination after design intent, material requirements, finish requirements, and commercial responsibilities are defined.
- Work delivered
- DFM, Color, Material & Finish (CMF) coordination, supplier communication, injection-molding and sample follow-up, issue resolution, and assembly-scope coordination.
- Tangible output
- DFM records, agreed material and finish records, sample status, open-issue lists, and agreed inspection or assembly documentation.
- Boundary
- Injection molding and assembly are performed by owner-confirmed or mutually approved suppliers. No machine-count or production-capacity claim is made.
Hardware development
Hardware Product Development & Manufacturing
For physical products requiring mechanical design, prototyping coordination, DFM, assembly review, and a controlled handoff to manufacturing.
- Project scenario
- A concept or existing design requires mechanical development, prototype or sample iterations, supplier coordination, and a defined route to manufacturing.

- Mechanical design or review, packaging and assembly coordination, DFM, prototype and sample follow-up, engineering change management, supplier coordination, and issue resolution within the agreed scope.
- Tangible output
- Requirements, mechanical-design files or review records, prototype and sample feedback, change and issue logs, and manufacturing-handoff documentation.
- Boundary
- Electronics, firmware, certification, validation, manufacturing, and assembly responsibilities are defined for each project. SourceBridge does not claim work outside the agreed scope or unverified product performance.
